Explore Digital EmployeesEach digital employee sits in a seat under a named person in the practice, usually the owner physician or the senior receptionist. It covers an administrative function under that person's supervision, reports what it did, and stops whenever the supervisor says so. No digital employee sits in a clinical seat.
Anything clinical, and whatever its brief marks as reserved: appointments that change a treatment plan, communication a doctor has not approved, payments and any commitment to a patient or supplier. On those it prepares the work and asks before acting.
From the agenda, mailboxes, document folders and practice software you connect to its seat, and from what your team tells it. It reads nothing you have not connected, contacts nobody you have not listed and handles health data only within the systems you already use.
