Who supervises the digital employees?
Each digital employee sits in a seat under a named person in your firm: the managing partner, a team lead or the front-desk lead. It covers the function under that person's supervision, reports what it did, and stops whenever the supervisor says so. Signing, filings, payroll computation and advice stay with your professionals.
What does a digital employee never decide?
Whatever its brief marks as reserved: in an accounting firm that means filings and anything sent to an authority, client risk ratings and anti-money-laundering verifications, fees, engagement letters, payslip amounts, payments and any commitment to a client. On those it prepares the work and asks before acting.
Where does it take its data from?
From the practice management system, the invoicing hub, the payroll software, the portals, the mailboxes, calendars and folders you connect to its seat, and from what your team tells it. It reads nothing you have not connected and contacts nobody you have not listed.
What does it cost?
Each digital employee is billed monthly by price band, shown in your currency on the marketplace before you claim a seat. You claim one seat at a time and can release it; there is no bundle price.
