Who supervises the digital employees?
Each digital employee sits in a seat under a named person: the owner, the plant manager, the quality technician or the clerk. It covers an office function under that person's supervision, reports what it did, and stops whenever the supervisor says so. Nothing on the production floor is a digital employee's seat.
What does a digital employee never decide?
Whatever its brief marks as reserved: prices and payment terms, purchases and payments, hiring and personnel decisions, quality dispositions and any commitment to a customer or supplier. On those it prepares the work and asks before acting.
Where does it take its data from?
From the ERP, the electronic invoicing hub, mailboxes, calendars and document folders you connect to its seat, and from what your team tells it. It reads nothing you have not connected and contacts nobody you have not listed.
What does it cost?
Each digital employee is billed monthly by price band, shown in your currency on the marketplace before you claim a seat. You claim one seat at a time and can release it; there is no bundle price.
